Paula had traded July 3rd to me in exchange for the previous Thursday. She was supposed to keep Parker overnight and then drop him off in the morning before leaving for her monthly National Guard weekend. She actually dropped him off with my mother that Thursday night and told her that was always the plan. It was not. If she had only wanted to have him for a couple of hours, I would not have asked for the third in a trade. I suspect she made other plans that night and Parker was in the way. She also told me that she had a girls' night out planned with her cousin Jessica on the third. Those plans were apparently cancelled. The context of this discussion is Paula is demanding I hand Parker over that Friday night which she traded away and when I remind her that it is my night and tell her that I'll hand him over in the morning, she threatens to keep him for five weeks after she returns from Louisiana, threatens to pursue full custody, and threatens something regarding the birth certificate. Back in June when I refused to hand Parker over on five minutes notice after she was released from a three day psych hold, she threatened to pursue kidnapping charges because my name is not on the birth certificate due to a bad law and because the documents we had signed after his birth had to be redone due to some technicality.

IMPEACHING HER CREDIBILITY

This is a follow-up to the original post below. Under the rules of the settlement, I could have Parker on Wednesday nights I did not work while I continued to work second shift. The letter below sent by Paula's attorney Landon Dufoe to my attorney is dated October 31, 2017. Our custody settlement was finalized July 5, 2017. There are 17 Wednesdays between and including those dates. I used PTO for six Wednesdays. Text messages and the list of days I used PTO provided to me by my manager back me up. I had two other Wednesdays during my two weeks of vacation time with Parker. Text messages confirm this. Paula had two Wednesdays during her two weeks of vacation time with Parker. Text messages confirm this. So far, this accounts for 10 of the 17 Wednesdays. Text messages from Paula confirm that she had Parker on four more Wednesdays.
